These Nigerian food terms and conditions govern your use of our website, food ordering services, catering bookings, and mobile food truck engagements throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). By engaging with Amala On The Go, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below.

1. Our Services

At Amala On The Go, we proudly serve authentic Nigerian food in Toronto through:

Cloud Kitchen & Delivery

We offer pickup and delivery of traditional meals, including Amala, Jollof Rice, Efo Riro, and Suya via our cloud kitchen.

Food Truck Services

Our mobile food truck caters to public festivals, cultural events, and nightlife hotspots across Toronto.

Nigerian Catering in Toronto

We offer customized catering for weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and more. Minimum order thresholds and booking lead times apply.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our site or placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years or older and capable of entering a legal agreement.

3. Order Placement and Payment

Order Process

All orders must be submitted through our official ordering platform, third-party delivery partners, or via phone or email for catering.

Payment Terms

Payments are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

We accept Visa, MasterCard, debit, and Interac e-Transfer.
Catering orders require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.

4. Pickup, Delivery & Catering Policy

Pickup

Customers may collect orders directly from our kitchen. Orders must be picked up within the specified window.

Delivery

Delivery areas are limited to zones within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Estimated times vary depending on location and availability.

Catering

Catering must be booked at least 5–7 business days in advance. Final headcount and preferences must be confirmed 72 hours prior.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Pickup & Delivery

Refunds are not issued for no-shows or cancelled orders once preparation has begun. Please verify order details carefully before submitting.

Catering

Cancellations made 5 days before the event qualify for a 75% refund.
Within 3 days, cancellations are non-refundable due to preparation and scheduling costs.

6. Food Safety & Allergen Notice

While Amala On The Go takes food safety seriously, we prepare all food in a shared environment. We cannot guarantee the absence of allergens, including peanuts, shellfish, and gluten.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Delays caused by external factors (traffic, weather, third-party delivery).
Adverse reactions due to undisclosed food allergies.
Customer errors during order placement.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or revise these Nigerian food terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be posted here with a new effective date.

We require 3–5 business days’ notice for most catering services.

What if I miss my pickup time?

Orders not picked up within 30 minutes of the window may be forfeited without a refund.
